Experience:

RHSTEP, a pioneer non-government organization with over three decades of experience in promoting Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) in Bangladesh, is launching the project "Unlocking Youth Potential for SRHR and Health System Reform in Bangladesh" to address critical gaps in adolescent health, SRHR, and health system equity. With operations in 20 districts and annual service provision to approximately 650,000 individuals through 27 centers, RHSTEP remains at the forefront of delivering essential SRHR services, education, and awareness.

The Unlocking Youth Potential Initiative is a dynamic, multi-year project designed to empower young people through skills development, digital literacy, and civic engagement. We leverage innovative multimedia and digital outreach strategies to connect with, inspire, and mobilize youth across [target region/country].
Role Summary:
We are looking for a talented, empathetic, and versatile Content Writer to be the primary storyteller for our project. You will craft compelling narratives that translate complex project activities into accessible, engaging, and impactful content for youth audiences. Your words will fuel our social media, shape our website, bring reports to life, and ultimately amplify the voices and achievements of young people.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Storytelling:
Research, write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for diverse platforms, including website articles, blog posts, social media captions, newsletters, project reports, and advocacy materials.
Transform project data, field activities, and participant stories into compelling narratives, case studies, feature articles, and success stories that resonate with youth.
Develop clear and engaging scripts for video content, podcasts, and other multimedia outputs.
2. Youth-Focused Communication & Collaboration:
Ensure all content is tailored to youth audiences—using appropriate tone, language, and cultural references—while maintaining inclusivity and accessibility.
Work closely with the multimedia, design, and program teams to align written content with visuals and overall campaign strategies.
Adapt writing style seamlessly across different formats, from short-form social posts to long-form reports.
3. Strategic Support & Documentation:
Contribute to the development of content calendars and communication plans.
Support the documentation of project best practices, lessons learned, and impact stories for internal learning and external sharing.
Assist in editing and refining content produced by team members and partners to ensure consistency and quality.
