Responsibilities & Context:
RHSTEP, a pioneer non-government organization with over three decades of experience in promoting Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) in Bangladesh, is launching the project "Unlocking Youth Potential for SRHR and Health System Reform in Bangladesh" to address critical gaps in adolescent health, SRHR, and health system equity. With operations in 20 districts and annual service provision to approximately 650,000 individuals through 27 centers, RHSTEP remains at the forefront of delivering essential SRHR services, education, and awareness.

The Unlocking Youth Potential Initiative is a dynamic, multi-year project designed to empower young people through skills development, digital literacy, and civic engagement. We leverage innovative multimedia and digital outreach strategies to connect with, inspire, and mobilize youth across [target region/country].
Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and skilled Trainer to lead our multimedia and digital skills capacity-building program. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, hands-on training modules that empower youth participants to produce compelling content, navigate digital platforms responsibly, and tell their own stories effectively. The ideal candidate is both a technical expert and a motivating mentor who can inspire creativity and confidence in young learners.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Training Design & Delivery:
Design, develop, and update comprehensive, youth-friendly training curricula, modules, and materials on multimedia production, digital storytelling, and social media literacy.
Deliver engaging and practical training sessions and workshops for diverse groups of youth participants, both in-person and potentially online.
Adapt training methodologies to cater to varying skill levels, learning styles, and ensure an inclusive environment for all participants.
2. Hands-On Facilitation & Mentorship:
Facilitate hands-on, project-based learning where participants create their own digital content (e.g., short videos, podcasts, graphics, social media campaigns).
Provide one-on-one and group mentorship to youth, guiding them from concept development to final production of their digital stories.
Foster a safe, collaborative, and creative learning space that encourages experimentation and peer learning.
3. Youth-Led Content Support & Evaluation:
Provide technical and creative support to youth participants and groups as they develop their own content and campaigns post-training.
Develop and implement tools to monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness, participant progress, and learning outcomes.
Collect participant feedback to continuously improve training quality and relevance.
