Experience:
Demonstrated passion for and understanding of youth development issues.
Experience with donor reporting and grant management (e.g., EU, UN, USAID, or other institutional donors).

Experience using digital collaboration and design tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Canva, Adobe Suite basics).
RHSTEP, a pioneer non-government organization with over three decades of experience in promoting Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) in Bangladesh, is launching the project "Unlocking Youth Potential for SRHR and Health System Reform in Bangladesh" to address critical gaps in adolescent health, SRHR, and health system equity. With operations in 20 districts and annual service provision to approximately 650,000 individuals through 27 centers, RHSTEP remains at the forefront of delivering essential SRHR services, education, and awareness.

Role Summary:
