∎ Age 28 to 36 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist Head of the dept. in formulating and implementing product process standardization and improvement plan in line with market demand and company objectives.
∎ Specialize in research in areas such as different metal technologies, material characteristics, thermodynamic processes and application systems.
∎ Mathematical modelling and calculation of product and process performance characteristics. Proto- type testing for approval before introduction of product as per market requirement.
∎ Designing, Drafting and simulation of product components, tools, and machine parts etc. as per requirements. Maintain drawings, data, specification sheets for all related to tools, product and process for ready reference.
∎ Developing specifications for manufacturing, determining materials, equipment, material flows, capacities and layout of plant or systems
∎ Supervises in consultation with other engineers during erection and commissioning of plant facilities
∎ Validate BSTI and other international standards (JIS, BS, BCI, SAE etc.) for all products. Benchmarking of all products with other reputed manufactures in local & international market.
∎ Establish and implement annual product/ process/ technology/ improvement plan.
∎ Formulating and executing objectives under the strategic theme lead to ensure technological excellence through continual improvement.
