Educational Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ERP Implementation, Oracle Application Server, Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather requirements, analyzes, creates design documents, and perform impact analysis for application changes
∎ Develop solutions to leverage Oracle applications functionality for the HCM, SCM, financials areas and suggest process improvements
∎ Guide technical team in the development reports, conversions, interfaces and extensions for Oracle Fusion Applications.
∎ Understand and modify the Application Configuration as required (includes business processes, flex-fields, workflow builder, custom library, profile options etc.).
∎ Assist users with problems and resolves issues independently
∎ Create test plans, test cases, test scripts and perform functional testing
∎ Work with existing systems to track and manage requests and issues
∎ Responsible primarily for successful implementation of new module/function, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation and instruction to end users
∎ Determine reports requirement and forward the specification to report development Team.
∎ Monitor changes to baseline requirements with the use of effective application of change control processes and tools
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in managing customer relationships and seeking additional opportunities to serve them
∎ Must have some experience with managing/implementing projects and/or organization change management initiatives
∎ Developed previous Business Analysis artifacts, (Workflow, Requirements Specifications, Test Scripts, etc.) that can be shared during the interview process
∎ Awareness of key software development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM etc.) – preferred but not mandatory
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft applications, Word, Visio, Wire framing, Requirement Management Tools
∎ Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills - able to analyze and solve problems. Ability to identify and document solutions to complex business problems with accuracy
