Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure production as per production plan/ target to meet company objectives.
∎ Organize / implement activities as per ISO9001:2000 requirement and company policy.
∎ Prepare and report shift/day wise data/information for monthly MIS.
∎ Ensure production with minimal breakdown, keeping vent tube for each cell to minimize zero spark battery.
∎ Ensure IMAS enrol for shift wise production correctly.
∎ Coordinate with planning, Assembly, QA, E&T, store and WSS to ensure product & delivery compliance.
∎ Supervise warranty service activities as per company policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Motivate and develop workforce to enhance quality and productivity maintaining Quality circle to ensure quality as standard.
∎ Reduce wastage and rejections to achieve continuous cost improvement keeping house keeping as standard.
∎ Ensure and maintain compliance of EMS as per requirement of ISO 14001 and company policy.
∎ Ensure and maintain compliance of OHSAS 18001:2007 standard
∎ Implement health, safety & environmental issues as per requirement and company policy.
∎ Develop subordinates for personal & professional competence.
∎ Ensure continual improvement of self and development of work process/system.
