Communication, Data Analysis, Management, MS Office, Product Management, Scrum, Strong analytical ability
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Investment/Merchant Banking, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with UI/UX, User Research, other Product Teams, Engineering Teams, Marketing, and Business Teams to define and detail out product requirements.
∎ Analyze voice of the customer to identify pain-points and value addition areas for minimum viable and lovable product launch and future iterations.
∎ Transform user pain points and opportunities into ready user stories and communicate requirements to the development team in a proper manner.
∎ Facilitate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, story refinements, sprint planning, and team retrospectives; ensure the team has a clear understanding of priorities and next steps
∎ Assist product lead in preparing the strategic plan and facilitate roadmap preparation
∎ Monitor performance of live products after identifying key metrics and success factors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Expertise in using Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet, and MS Word/Google Doc
∎ Sufficient knowledge and experience in scrum product development and its best practices
∎ Data analysis and data visualization skills (Data Studio/Tableau fluency will be an added advantage)
∎ Excellent business communication and management reporting skills
∎ Business and Process understanding
∎ Communication and Collaboration
∎ Problem Solving and Analytical ability
∎ Commercial and Consumer-centric Strategic Thinking
