Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet up the business targets (both retail & corporate) set by the Management
∎ Develop growth strategies and plans for procuring new businesses
∎ Develop new products, increase client base
∎ Check Bank Guarantee conditions as per Bank's Policy & URDG
∎ Issuance of Bank Guarantee and Amendment
∎ Bank Guarantee commission management- Claim commission, Follow up & Realization
∎ Generating new business by identifying potential customers via sales promotions and presentations to companies
∎ Ensure all marketing initiatives and incentive campaigns are properly advised to the customers
∎ Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase business
∎ Assessment & justification of client's requirement, financial standing, working capital & cash flow analysis, debt service capacity analysis etc. Risk Identification, Risk Analysis & mitigating factors of investment, NPV, IRR, Sensitivity Analysis, collateral security analysis, transaction record & account performance analysis, business & market analysis
∎ Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
∎ Work closely with customers and visit customers' factories whenever necessary.
∎ Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
∎ Finding out what an organization needs and working with a team to plan proposals and pricing when required
∎ Negotiating with customers and building positive relationships
∎ Identifying new methods, opportunities for sales campaigns, and selling banking products
∎ Following industry trends locally and internationally
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum Five (05) years of experience in reputed Banks; minimum Two (02) years of experience in Business Development of a Bank
∎ Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
∎ Strong sales acumen with adequate business knowledge
∎ Should have in-depth knowledge of diversified banking products and be well conversant in relevant regulatory policies, guidelines
∎ Ability to work individually or under Team.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, and communication skill and leadership quality is much desired
