Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review Credit Applications recommended by RM/Branches and provide independent risk assessment and recommendation
∎ Oversight of the Bank's credit policies, procedures, and controls relating to all credit risks arising from corporate/commercial/institutional/personal/treasury operations.
∎ Monitor and review Bank's Loan portfolio and prepare monitoring Reports.
∎ Visit customer's Factory as part of Loan Monitoring
∎ To provide advice/assistance regarding all credit matters to line management/RMs.
∎ Contribute to the development of credit risk management skills of staff in the Credit
∎ Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements.
∎ Update the Bank's lending guidelines/credit policies as and when required.
∎ Assessment & justification of client's requirement, financial standing, working capital & cash flow analysis, debt service capacity analysis, etc. Risk Identification, Risk Analysis & mitigating factors of investment, NPV, IRR, Sensitivity Analysis, collateral security analysis, transaction record & account performance analysis, business & market analysis
∎ Identify and map business strengths and customer needs.
∎ Find out what an organization needs and work with a team to plan proposals and pricing when required
∎ Follow industry trends locally and internationally

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The candidate must have at least Ten (10) years of experience in any reputed Bank out of which a minimum of three (3) years of experience in similar roles and responsibilities.
∎ Sound knowledge of IASs and IFRSs, Banking Companies Act, VAT&Tax Laws, and Bangladesh Bank's rules and regulations.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication skill, and leadership quality is much desired.
∎ Strong analytical ability.
