Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ MBA in Public Administration or Development Studies or Commerce/M.Com will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Objective 1: Monitoring of Partnership activities and fulfilling reporting (Programmatic and Financial) requirements by ACF and its Donors.
∎ Conduct monitoring visits to ensure routine reports (Programmatic and Financial) by the Partners are on time and according to the Agreement and Work Plan following ACF and its Donors’ requirements
∎ Coordinate with Partners and ACF Finance department to ensure timely disbursement of funds and final financial settlements
∎ Tracking reporting requirements by the Partners.
∎ Objective 2: Ensure Compliances of Donors and GoB by achieving audit recommendations.
∎ Ensure that the Partners are adhering their Organisational policies, Partnership Operational Guideline of ACF, GOB’s rules, regulations, and Donors’ compliances
∎ During visit review relevant documents (financial or programmatic) on sample basis to ensure compliance to the Partnership Operational guidelines and the Agreement
∎ Ensure that the expenditures are in line with the approved budget and related to project activities. Provide feedback to the concerned Partner and Focal Person from ACF if there are significant deviations from the budget
∎ Conduct physical verification of inventory items purchased under the Donor Fund and relevant expenditure on test basis as applicable
∎ Review the Partners’ procurement process on sample basis during Partner visit
∎ Visit the beneficiaries, stakeholders and project sites as deem appropriate to ensure that the Partner complying the.
∎ Objective 3: Assisting Partners in identifying risks and addressing control weakness.
∎ Analyse and monitor effectiveness and efficiency of control environment of Partners and provide necessary feedback to the Partner colleagues
∎ Assist Partners to overcome the control weakness to fulfil the audit recommendations
∎ Document any significant anomalies, non-compliances and internal control weakness on practices, procedures, documentations and bookkeeping as may come to notice during Partner visits
∎ Conduct sharing meeting with concern Partner colleagues to aware about donors’ compliance, GoB’s requirements and ACF’s operational guideline.
∎ Objective 4: Assist management in preparing agreement, updating Grants and Sub-grants database.
∎ In consultation with Program management drafting and finalizing agreement including budget, project description, work plan etc and share with line manager to finalize and print the agreement
∎ Assist partners in understanding the Donors’ compliance, GoB’s rules and ACF’s requirements
∎ Support/train partners on financial aspects (invoices, accounting, budget, etc)
∎ Reception and archiving of contracts, agreements, and final reports
∎ Ensure that appropriate reporting systems are in place to provide relevant and timely information to Management
∎ Prepare and update Monthly Partner Monitoring Summary Statement-PMSS (Partners Monitoring Statement) for fulfilling reporting requirements, follow-up on fulfilling audit recommendations etc.
∎ Ensure receivables and payables balances pertinent to Partner while closing the periodical (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly) closure and during partnership and project closing phase

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good understanding of finance, audit, risk and compliance
∎ Experience on to work in different donor grants like ECHO, UKAID/DFID, USAID, SDC, SIDA etc and UN agencies would be an added advantage
∎ Experience in budget and financial report review
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office- Microsoft Word, Excel.
∎ Problem solving ability in technical aspects
∎ Ability to work in a team and intercultural environment
∎ Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision.
∎ Self-driven, committed and high work ethics
∎ Skills in documentation and reporting.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 71000 (Monthly)
