• BBA/ MBA degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field.

• PGD in SCM will get preference.

• Expertise in FMCG procurement and sourcing methods, with a keen ability to evaluate and respond to market dynamics.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.

• Ability to make sound business decisions backed by numerical insights.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong office management skills.

• Accountable for sourcing and purchasing heavy & light equipment and related components.

• Identify and assess vendors/suppliers to confirm they meet the organization’s quality, cost, and delivery expectations.

• Source and review quotations from different reliable vendors to ensure compliance with quality and quantity requirements.

• Communicate and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.

• Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and ensure effective execution

• Prepare, maintain, and monitor purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documentation in compliance with company policies.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
