∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, Investment/Merchant Banking, IT Enabled Service, Market Research Firms, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Own the Growth Initiatives to achieve the Business Goals by partnering with the Growth Strategy team and Growth Analytics Team
∎ Align the stakeholders and arrange the approvals for the Growth Campaigns by leading the approval process
∎ Make the Execution Plan of the initiatives and execute them through partnering with the internal stakeholders like the Marketing, Commercial Team, Finance team, etc.
∎ Manage the External Stakeholders (e.g.: Agencies) to ensure the smooth execution of Growth Initiatives
∎ Establish process foundations for how we take innovations from ideation to execution as part of our overall go-to-market strategy process
∎ Communicate clearly and on time, product release information using documents, demos, and training sessions, with stakeholders and partners
Additional Requirements:
∎ Complete understanding of marketing and advertising tactics
∎ Solid knowledge in digital marketing
∎ Strong marketing agency communication skills
∎ Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
∎ Self-motivation, great communication skills, and team player
∎ Open-minded team player, willing to accept feedback and offer suggestions
