Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the material department.
∎ Monitor & Ensure supply of materials from port to factory.
∎ Check daily raw materials receiving report and prepare MRR sent to Head office.
∎ Raw Materials record maintain as per ISO standard.
∎ Maintain raw materials register such as (a) Clinker receiving register, (b) Gypsum receiving register, (c) Lime stone
∎ Receiving register,(d) Fly ash receiving register.
∎ Prepare L/C wise & supplier wise raw materials received report and send to the head office.
∎ Prepare monthly, half yearly & yearly raw materials received report.
∎ Prepare weekly raw materials stock position.
∎ Visit various ports when raw materials come.
∎ Correspondent with surveyor for raw materials survey status.
∎ Assist inventory team for prepare half yearly & yearly inventory.
∎ Supervise factory weight scale operator.
∎ Purchase diesel & lube oil from Jamuna Oil Co. Ltd. Baghabari Depo.
∎ Supervise factory dump truck.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge on Store/Material Management.
∎ Must have computer literacy.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
