∎ B. Sc or Diploma in CSE from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IT support to all user in organization and configure & troubleshoot all computer accessories (desktop, laptop, scanner, printer etc.)
∎ Setup & diagnose LAN/ WAN/ Wireless
∎ Install SQL Server, Oracle Server & Developer to the Server's & all user's PC and configure & troubleshoot of Microsoft Outlook
∎ Review, maintain & develop IT policy and procedures to support the company needs and strategic objectives
∎ Bring IT services by adapting and developing ideas
∎ Any other necessary task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 years of working experiences in relevant field
∎ Practical knowledge about Firewall, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, File Server, WSUS, SQL Server & Oracle Server
∎ In depth Knowledge about laptop, desktop, hardware & software installation, troubleshooting, printer sharing, (TCP/IP) protocols, and LAN/WAN
∎ Possession of excellent communication skill, interpersonal relationship, cross- cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity, physical stamina are required
∎ Ability to work under pressure, multi- tasking and hard working
