Job Responsibilities:
∎ Helping create a plan from linking to finishing.
∎ Plan wise linking to finishing accessories in-house follow-up.
∎ Attend in PP meeting
∎ Starting all sections of all style works in plan ratio.
∎ Line wise target set-up follow-up.(linking to finishing)
∎ Hourly Production follow-up & discuss the production team.
∎ Plan wise target & production ensure.
∎ Shipment date maintain.
∎ Line wise efficiency calculation report follow-up daily.(linking to finishing)
∎ Delivery Supply chain maintain.
∎ To adopt new methods to increase production.
∎ Productivity Calculation (Daily)
∎ Operators motion development by correcting faulty motion.
∎ Work to reduce absenteeism and operator turnover.
∎ OT Hour Calculation
∎ Manpower Budget
∎ Skill Matrix Making
∎ Man Machine Ratio Calculation
∎ Operator Requirement.
∎ Line balancing.
∎ Lay- out making.
∎ Tack time, bar- chart drawing.
∎ Making target bonus sheet.
∎ SMV calculation report follow-up & discuss the section in-charge.
∎ Identify the best method.
∎ Daily, Weekly and Monthly efficiency calculation making.
∎ Style Wise capacity utilization.
∎ Proper NPT calculation & Apply all kinds of methods to NPT.
