• Age At least 27 years

• Graduation / Post Graduation in Chemistry/ Physics/ Textile or relevant discipline from a reputed University.

• Minimum 3 years experience in lab operations.  

• Test method on technical training.      

• Awareness training of ISO 17025.

• Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.

• Performing Testing and verifying accuracy of test result.

• Conducting all allotted tests as per the procedure and / or SOP given in the worksheet or as instructed by the Group Leader or above.

• Responsible for sample breakdown, extraction, preparation & instrumentation.

• Maintaining TAT.

• Maintaining the equipment performance and calibration records up to date. Ensure all prescribed PPE availability in lab premises.

• Keeping in and around the test area clean and maintaining impeccable housekeeping all around.

• Bringing to the notice of the Group Leader or above any discrepancy in test material, method or equipment.

• Maintaining all stock record & notice to the immediate superior if any need to purchase.

• Ensuring 3Z (Zero defect, zero delay, zero complain) in all aspect.

• Maintaining all QC parameter as per SOP/Guideline.
