∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Accounting
∎ CA-CC will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check daily transactions & ensure the posting to right class of accounts.
∎ Bill Checking, preparing daily Vouchers and posting in SAP software in due time.
∎ Comply with up to date Tax and VAT rules and regulations.
∎ Reconciliation of all the Accounts with Bank.
∎ Communicate and maintain banking relationship.
∎ Manage day to day accounting functions and assist timely submission of financial reports.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly management accounts and financial statements.
∎ Dealing external auditor during the statutory audit.
∎ Maintain filing and documentation.
∎ Any other task assign by management or supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in English (Written/ Verbal).
∎ Interpersonal and teamwork skill.
∎ Should be able to follow-up task effectively.
∎ Should be able to prioritize task to meet the urgency.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
∎ Excellent personality with positive approach/attitude.
