∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Multinational Companies, Telecommunication, Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of deliveries
∎ Ensure that all deliveries are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
∎ Assist in the definition of delivery scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
∎ Ensure resource availability and allocation
∎ Manage changes to the delivery scope, delivery schedule and delivery costs using appropriate verification techniques
∎ Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
∎ Meet with clients (external/internal) to take detailed requirement briefs and clarify specific requirements of each delivery.
∎ Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven work experience in a similar role
∎ Experience in project management from conception to delivery
∎ An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
∎ Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
∎ Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
∎ Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
∎ Excellent documentation skills.
∎ Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
∎ Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
∎ Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
∎ A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
