Investment/Merchant Banking, Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the product team to define the product vision and product strategy
∎ Research on the target market and customer persona
∎ Analyze customer feedback and pain points
∎ Assist in developing the product roadmap and product requirements
∎ Analyze data for problems and potential solutions
∎ Work with other departments to ensure production deadlines are met
∎ Preparing for product launches
∎ Support in assessing new products and companies to measure their potential value
∎ Look into competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly
∎ Ability to produce - product requirement documents, user journeys, and wireframes
Additional Requirements:
∎ Technical and business acumen
∎ Strong research and analytical skills
∎ The person must have a keen sense of understanding customer/market requirements and the ability to convert the requirements into the appropriate product.
∎ The capability to create proper documentation for stakeholders and development teams is also needed.
∎ Excellent communication skills to frequently interact with stakeholders
∎ Willingness to learn from others and gain new skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Confident to make his/her own decisions without needing input and come up with new ideas
