Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and recommend new features in line with organizational goals
∎ Translate priorities into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria based on collaboration with stakeholders.
∎ Maintain core platform release plan and documentation.
∎ Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and perspectives. Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to enable integrations via API, to improve and develop core platform features.
∎ Create user guides in reference to any relevant platforms or delivery mechanisms.
∎ Analyse feedback from internal platform users.
∎ Maintain cohesion across all product lines on the platform.
∎ Meticulous, highly developed organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 34 years
∎ Basic understanding of platform product management.
∎ Expertise in Business requirement analysis.
∎ The capability of preparing effective technical product documentation and presentation
∎ Ideation of new products/features through the market and similar product studies.
∎ Basic understanding of API integration with Restful web service and Soap web service and Sync and Async API interface modality.
∎ Proper understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
∎ Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Capability of presenting a technical concept to both technical and non-technical audiences.
∎ Maintaining proper communication with relevant technical teams.
∎ Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
