Adobe Photoshop, Data Analysis, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Scrum
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Investment/Merchant Banking, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze VoC (Voice of the Customer) to identify pain-points and value addition areas for MLP (Minimum Lovable Product) launch and future iterations
∎ Manage and prioritize the product backlog, based on VoC, data, and strategic requirements
∎ Monitor product performance through key metrics, and manage product lifecycle accordingly through adjustments and enhancements
∎ Present key insights, summary, and reports to management for informed decision-making
∎ Work closely with respective POs to ideate on user journey
∎ Collaborate with UI/UX team to prepare a wireframe/mockup
∎ Get the buy-in of management and relevant stakeholders
∎ Finalize refined user journey, and create user stories along with the design
∎ Actively engage in scrum ceremonies, and support the team with product decisions
∎ Manage beta programs to collect user feedback for necessary fine-tuning
∎ Coordinate and manage product launch from a holistic point-of-view
∎ Share communication brief with Marketing for apt product positioning
∎ Develop and share product fact sheet & FAQ with relevant stakeholders
∎ Prepare and follow-up on GTM strategy through cross-functional collaboration
∎ Co-create, review and refine communication and promotional contents with Marketing
∎ Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and ToT for CS and Sales
∎ Facilitate risk mgt., regulatory and legal teams to conduct risk analysis and compliance check of the product
Additional Requirements:
∎ Technical/Job Knowledge:
∎ Expertise in using MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word
∎ Sufficient knowledge and experience in scrum product development and its best practices
∎ Data analysis and data visualization skills (Tableau fluency will be an added advantage
∎ Excellent business and management reporting skills
∎ Being skilled in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch etc. will be an added advantage for first-level wireframing/prototyping of products
∎ Interpersonal/Managerial:
