∎ Odoo Developer or Functional certification.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong communication skills to collaborate with both local and U.S.-based teams.
∎ Experience working with eCommerce or Manufacturing ERP solutions.
∎ Background working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules across various functional areas (CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, etc.).
∎ Design and implement integrations between Odoo and third-party systems via APIs.
∎ Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
∎ Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
∎ Conduct testing, debugging, and documentation of custom modules and workflows.
∎ Stay updated on new Odoo versions, community modules, and ERP trends to recommend improvements.
