Google Adsence, Google Adwords, Google analytics
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and manage end-to-end Google AdWords campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and landing page optimization.
∎ Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.
∎ Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings to maximize performance and ROI.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing objectives and target audience.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing, Google AdWords, and online advertising platforms.
∎ Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and differentiation.
∎ Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance and present findings to the marketing team and senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Proven experience managing Google AdWords campaigns with a focus on e-commerce, preferably in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
∎ Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketing strategies, including search engine marketing (SEM) and online advertising best practices.
∎ Proficiency in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and other relevant advertising platforms.
∎ Familiarity with bid management tools and A/B testing platforms.
∎ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
∎ Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
∎ Google AdWords certifications are a plus.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
