We are looking for high caliber candidates to join our Dhaka office:
∎ Reports To : Operations Manager
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure accurate purchase orders and items creation within time frame
∎ Coordinate the cost sheets and photos for item setup
∎ Manage change requests to ensure orders and shipments are being handled on time
∎ Follow up orders and productions by monitoring the status of artwork, testing and inspection
∎ Prepare and update the weekly shipment tracker on orders status
∎ Ensure on time delivery of shipments
∎ Work independently with different teams in PO creation /Inventory /Sourcing /Packaging /QA/Logistic and vendors
∎ Support ad hoc assignments if necessary
Additional Requirements:
∎ Min. 2 year merchandising experience in sourcing or merchandising company
∎ Good command of English
∎ Good communication, presentation and organizational skills
∎ Able to work independently, good negotiation and planning skills
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, Power point, Outlook
