Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have experienced to handle INDITEX Buyers.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing buyers and identify new business opportunities.
∎ Lead and supervise the merchandising team to ensure timely execution of orders and compliance with quality standards.
∎ Collaborate with the production and sourcing teams to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of orders.
∎ Review product development and costing to ensure competitiveness in the market.
∎ Negotiate pricing and terms with buyers to maximize profitability and maintain customer satisfaction.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to drive strategic decision-making.
∎ Conduct regular visits to buyer offices and production units to address any issues and maintain strong business relationships.
∎ Prepare and analyze sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to the merchandising team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
