Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing ownership and accountability on a portfolio of customer
∎ Managing a team of merchandisers to find efficiency and accuracy
∎ Ensuring customer orders are checked and entered onto the mainframe system.
∎ To build and develop the Bill of Materials
∎ Ensure key information is provided to Factory Merchandisers
∎ To control and monitor information provided by the Factory Merchandiser.
∎ Conduct weekly internal order progress meetings with UK team.
∎ Update internal critical paths.
∎ Ensure the customer sales/commercial invoice is completed on time.
∎ Manage customer debit notes and excess cost.
∎ Manage fabric and support UK team on fabric and garment testing.
∎ Implement delivery and export documentation requirements for new customers.
∎ Ensure factory packing list and export paperwork is prepared correctly and on time.
∎ Manage raw materials stock levels.
∎ Support UK team in resolving customer queries.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 6 years of merchandising experience
∎ 4 years of customer-facing experience.
∎ 2 years of team management experience
∎ Graduate from any reputed University.
∎ Production management experience and working with manufacturers.
∎ Proactive task management and good attention to detail.
∎ Critical path management.
∎ Excellent English written and spoken communication skills.
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and general IT skills.
