Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in merchandising, specifically with a background in factory-based work.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire merchandising process from product development to shipment.
- Coordinate with factories to ensure timely production and delivery of goods.
- Communicate effectively with buyers to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with the latest trends and customer preferences.
- Manage and mentor junior merchandisers to ensure high performance.
- Negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery times with suppliers and buyers.
- Maintain records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
- Resolve any issues related to production, quality, or delivery.
