Company Overview:

Spring BD Knitwear Ltd is seeking experienced and competent professionals for its Sweater Merchandising Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle buyer communication independently

• Manage order execution and production follow-up

• Coordinate with sourcing, sampling, production, and commercial departments

• Monitor production progress and ensure timely shipment

• Handle costing, T&A plans, and merchandising documentation

• Manage multiple orders and ensure customer satisfaction

• Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Sweater Merchandising

• Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of sweater merchandising processes

• Experience in handling buyers independently

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Good command of Microsoft Office applications

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
