Responsibilities & Context:
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented professional for the role of Jr. Executive / Executive – Dyeing (Batch). The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing, scheduling, and executing batch preparation to ensure uninterrupted, timely floor production in alignment with buyer requirements.
Job Description
Requisition Management: Ensure on-time submission of requisitions according to the established dyeing schedule.
Batch Optimization: Guarantee on-time batch availability and preparation in strict accordance with the dyeing schedule.
Schedule Maintenance: Regularly update and manage the dyeing schedule to reflect real-time floor changes.
Buyer Priority Management: Closely track and execute urgent buyer requirements across various batch types (including Bulk, 1st Bulk, Project, Additional, and Compensation batches).
Compliance & Housekeeping: Drive and maintain 5S standards within the designated workstation/department.
Requirements
Education: HSC (Mandatory).
Experience: 8 to 10 years of robust, hands-on experience in production and batch planning within a dyeing facility.
Core Competencies: Deep practical knowledge of textile dyeing workflows, batch execution priorities, and strong troubleshooting capabilities under high production pressure.
