We seek an experienced individual for the role of Boiler Operator The candidate should be able to operate of Boiler established company. Nannu Apparels Limited, a subsidiary of Nannu Group, is a 100% export-oriented knit composite initiative. It is a sister concern of prominent companies such as Nannu Spinning Mills Limited (Yarn Production: 92 tons/day), Nannu Textiles Mills Limited (Fabric Production: 153 million meters/year), Bexi Fabrics, etc. We are searching for ambitious, talented, and seasoned individuals to establish this project to be one of the best in the country.

1.       Involves performing various tasks in operation and maintenance if a boiler to ensure adequate steam is efficiently and safely generated for use in various process.

2.       Manage the boiler and other related machinery, ensuring it is functional and safe at all times.

3.       Inspect and test safely devices on a daily basis and report any unusual condition.

4.       Monitor boiler flow system water flow, steam flow, fuel flow, combustion air flow (draft)- and make adjustments to keep boiler operational

5.       Ensure boiler is not over pressurized or deficient of water

6.       Ensure water quality is gust right for the boiler operator

7.       Activate value to maintain required amounts of water in the boiler, adjusting supplies of combustion air and control the flow of fuel in to the boiler

8.       Monitor and inspect equipment, computer terminals switches, values, alarms, safely devise and meters to defect takes or malfunction.

9.       Observe and interpret readings on gauges, meters and charts registering various aspects of boiler operation.

10.   Maintain boiler water chemicals safe and adding the chemicals as required to prevent corrosion and harmful deposits

11.   Thoroughly clean the boiler heating surfaces, external surface and auxiliary equipment regularly.

12.   Maintain the boiler house tidy and well arranger to minimize hazards
