• Minimum 2 to 5 years of practical experience in footwear R&D or a similar position in a reputed footwear manufacturing company.

• Experience in shoe design, sample development, and footwear manufacturing technology will be preferred.

• Candidates should have relevant experience in footwear manufacturing machinery, production operations, and maintenance.

• Experience in international-standard footwear factories will be an added advantage.

• International exposure will be considered an added advantage.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development activities for new footwear products, materials, and production techniques.

• Develop and improve shoe designs, samples, and manufacturing processes.

• Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and merchandising teams for product development.

• Test raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Prepare technical specifications, product documentation, and reports.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to product development and manufacturing processes.

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot footwear manufacturing machinery and equipment.

• Ensure smooth operation of production lines and minimize machine downtime.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of machines.

• Assist production teams in achieving daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.

• Identify and resolve technical problems promptly.

• Maintain safety standards and ensure proper use of machinery.

• Monthly Salary: Negotiable (USD 1,400 – 1,600) depending on qualifications and experience.
