• Age 25 to 35 years

• Machine/Attachment & LEGO standardization to reduce spare parts inventory and minimize machine change over time.

• Standardization of machine setting to minimize the deviations in machine setting time.

• Conduct regular meetings with internal teams to discuss machine related issues and facilitate fact-based real-time problem solving by using problem solving tools to ensure smooth functioning of production.

• Conduct training sessions to bridge the identified skill gap of mechanics in order to have a strong pool of Mechanics.

• Conduct planned maintenance process & autonomous maintenance process to ensure all machines are serviced in a timely & comprehensive manner at regular intervals and maintaining records for further analysis.

• Ensure the Optimum utilization of resources (Mechanics/Machinery/Spares) to carry out smooth production process.

• Initiate & innovate Kaizen projects.

• Ensure all sewing/non-sewing machinery align with all Health, Safety and Compliance guidelines to maintain zero accidents.

• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
