Responsibilities & Context:
Maintaining, diagnosing, and troubleshooting hardware, and installing operating systems and software.
Setting up and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
Providing IT support to end users for desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, printers, and other IT assets, in line with company IT policy.
Configuring mail clients for Exchange, POP, and IMAP, and troubleshooting related issues.
Handling and troubleshooting IP cameras, CCTV, video conferencing equipment, and access control devices.
Maintaining IT inventory for both hardware and software, and keeping proper documentation.
Working closely with other team members with a positive, team-player attitude.
Carrying out network cabling and providing basic networking support.
Configuring and maintaining MikroTik devices.
Configuring and maintaining Linux servers.
