Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the entire merchandising process from product development to shipment.
∎ Act as a key liaison between SMYK’s buyers in Poland and suppliers in Bangladesh.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and factories to ensure timely delivery, product quality, and cost effectiveness.
∎ Oversee sample development and approvals in alignment with SMYK standards and buyer requirements.
∎ Track production schedules and troubleshoot issues to avoid delays.
∎ Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Sourcing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
∎ Analyze product trends and propose improvements for better performance and value.
∎ Maintain accurate records and reports related to production, shipments, and costings.
