Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Masters in any discipline from recognized institution.
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering is preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The Company hiring a dynamic Leader, enthusiastic, energetic candidate who have Knit Garments / RMG sectors Quality related experienced.
∎ Candidates should be Overseas communication experience with buyer, handled large volume and styles are preferred.
∎ Candidate Should have good analytical skill.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proactive involvement in handling all merchandising related functions independently as well as working in close conjunction with merchandising team members in overseeing different customer accounts beginning from enquiry till final inspection & order shipment.
∎ Develop new market, potential customers and new orders through promoting organization strength and maintaining continuous customer relation and communication.
∎ Follow up overall orders and manage team members to meet ultimate business and performance goal.
∎ Ensure sample and bulk shipment as per customer's requirement
∎ Guide garments costing, payment condition, Mode of shipment, any others terms and condition and order confirm with customer.
∎ Monitor confirmed price and order placing in the factory.
∎ Follow up Time and Action plan.
∎ Control production process to ensure quality shipment within deadline.
∎ Coordinate and follow up with QC department, commercial department, accessories factory etc. and other relevant entity to ensure smooth production, shipment and payment.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about fabric, consumptions, product costing & pricing process/procedure.
∎ Develop and improve quality procedures, systems, work instructions, forms and checklists and continually improve guidelines.
∎ Supervise inline quality & quantity check as per production order/ instructions.
∎ Ensures quality and conformity of products according to buyers' requirement.
∎ Recommend and take corrective actions against deviations and follow up accordingly.
∎ Coordinate with production, Merchandising, Finishing & other related departments.
∎ To ensure on time shipment as per buyer's quality level.
∎ Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection & audit matters.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Knit Garments, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
