Job Context:
∎ To be overall responsible for the business of the team.
∎ Assist in establishing & enhancing business relationships with customers & vendors to maximize business growth.
∎ To develop and expand business opportunities with the new customers and vendors.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise/Execute merchandising activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction & on-time delivery.
∎ Negotiate & finalize price with customers & vendors and bring new customer onward for business growth.
∎ Resolve conflicts between buyers & factories and Work out solution to problem stakeholders.
∎ Source customer, material, accessories or new vendors.
∎ Partner with Vendor to build his capabilities, knowledge about the customer and his needs.
∎ Negotiation on price in detail with vendor - along with vendor wise comparison to achieve competitive price-value point.
∎ Building a sense of ownership with the Vendor. Minimize follow-ups.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Merchandising, Sourcing and Production.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading House
∎ Strong sourcing background across knit, woven and sweater categories.
∎ Capable of handling buyer independently.
∎ Strong database and networking of buyers and vendor.
∎ Can bring new buyers on board
∎ love to take new challenges and goal oriented person
∎ Working experience in trading house is preferred
Salary: Negotiable
