Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have Garments-related Work experience & able to work in Factory Level.
∎ Liaison with Buyer for all merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning.
∎ To act as a coordinator among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution and shipments of order.
∎ Must have strong knowledge in negotiation & pricing.
∎ Must have a vast knowledge of costing and be responsible for all types of costing.
∎ Participate in creating, launching or implementing new products.
∎ Participate in cross-functional activities to execute product development plan.
∎ Follow the developments/sampling in such a way so that given garment price and submission date can be achieved
∎ Ensure the right fabric quality, color, trims and construction detail are followed by the factory to achieve the correct samples
∎ Keep sharp eye on current fashion trend to update own development range for buyer and market expansion on fabric/embellishment/styling/wash/dry/process
∎ Develop Fabric/ Trims/ Accessories as per customer's quality standard
∎ Work closely with the design, production and quality assurance team to develop the prototype of the new product.
∎ Circulate product-related updates, approval status, best practices and methods to maintain with each relevant department.
∎ Participate in the quality assurance process.
∎ Generate products and services from inception to commercialization for interdepartmental circulation and customers.
∎ Responsible for processing orders independently on product development.
∎ To deal with the Senior Buyers independently in fluent English for all the merchandising activities including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.
∎ To arrange all kinds of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production.
∎ Keep liaison with Buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning.
∎ To act as a coordinator among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution and shipments of orders.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Any other task is given by the management.

∎ IT proficiency - advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, able to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multi-task and remain organized, meet deadlines.
