∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel Manufacturing, Master of Science (MSc) in Apparel Manufacturing

∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Capable to handle product development & sampling program;
∎ Able to sourcing material with good quality & competitive price;
∎ Sound Knowledge to prepare costing;
∎ Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.
∎ Computer Literacy is a must especially in office package.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills.
∎ Execution of production;
∎ Follow the process & procedures of buyers
∎ Advice factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc. related technical issues as efficient/experienced trouble shooter;
∎ Lead the team/act as an effective team member understanding company & buyer COC;
∎ Ensure quality execution of orders up to ship the goods maintaining effective TNA;
∎ Assist the local procurement team to sourcing trims/accessories as required maintaining the standard;
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance;
∎ Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
