- Capable to handle product development & sampling program;
- Able to sourcing material with good quality & competitive price;
- Sound Knowledge to prepare costing;
- Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.
- Computer Literacy is a must especially in office package.
- Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills.
Execution of production;
Follow the process & procedures of buyers
Advice factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc. related technical issues as efficient/experienced trouble shooter;
Lead the team/act as an effective team member understanding company & buyer COC;
Ensure quality execution of orders up to ship the goods maintaining effective TNA;
Assist the local procurement team to sourcing trims/accessories as required maintaining the standard;
Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance;
Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
