• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel Manufacturing
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Apparel merchandising,Garments Merchandising,Marketing and merchandising
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 26 to 34 years

• Capable to handle product development & sampling program;
• Able to sourcing material with good quality & competitive price;
• Sound Knowledge to prepare costing;
• Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.
• Computer Literacy is a must especially in office package.
• Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.

• Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills.

• Execution of production;

• Follow the process & procedures of buyers

• Advice factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc. related technical issues as efficient/experienced trouble shooter;

• Lead the team/act as an effective team member understanding company & buyer COC;

• Ensure quality execution of orders up to ship the goods maintaining effective TNA;

• Assist the local procurement team to sourcing trims/accessories as required maintaining the standard;

• Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance;

• Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
