Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's/ Masters in any discipline from a renowned university with excellent academic results.
∎ Direct Factory experience mandatory.
∎ Textile engineer would be advantageous.
∎ Skills Required: Merchandising,Microsoft Excel ,Microsoft PowerPoint,Microsoft Word,Spoken English Fluency,Textiles & Garments Maintaining

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Merchandising, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle day-to-day Merchandising operations.
∎ Handling of orders from development till shipment..
∎ Preparation of production planning to ensure shipment moves on time.
∎ Preparation of all kind of production samples such as PP sample, size set sample, shipment sample within allocated deadlines.
∎ Must have good knowledge of Fabrics, trims, accessories, print, embroidery etc.
∎ Preparation of Costing sheets.
∎ Lead and guide junior merchandisers to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Communicate with suppliers for raw materials, booking and delivery.
∎ Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in fabric, pre-production sample development, costing and production tracking.
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards.
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Possess high sense of responsibility in the order to completion of the assignment.
∎ Preparation and submission of closing summary of every Order/PO after shipment
∎ Should be a long term planner
∎ Must be able to pursue ensure timely shipment.
∎ Able to handle the purchase order, contract generation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate having working experience in prominent Factories in Bangladesh.
∎ Having strong knowledge of woven/Knit products.
∎ Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
∎ The ability to deliver under pressure.
∎ Having sound knowledge in wash and special work finish necessary.
∎ Sound knowledge of sourcing suppliers locally and abroad.
∎ Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point
Salary: Negotiable
