Job Context:
∎ Binimoy Service Station is the oldest petrol station in the country, established in 1943. With an impeccable reputation in B2C services, we also provide B2B services in all of Motijheel and surrounding areas. Currently we are serving 400+ corporations and over 3000 customers in a month. Apart from Fuel, we also pride ourselves in providing car servicing and washing, including top of the line Lubricants by British Petroleum (BP) for all kinds of vehicles.
∎ We are looking for a Supervisor for Car Wash and Servicing as we have introduced a Premium service with detailed interior and exterior cleaning, using high quality products.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor performance of full team of car wash attendants and service technicians
∎ Assessment of customer needs and ensure accurate billing
∎ Ensure top quality service in regards to SOP
∎ Liaison with customers to ensure retention
∎ Apply marketing strategies to meet sales targets
∎ Manage inventory of servicing tools, equipments and spare parts
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years experience in car servicing/car wash
∎ Undergraduate degree or Diploma from any reputed institution
∎ Excellent written and verbal Bangla communication skills
∎ Basic written and verbal English communication skills
∎ Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Salary:
∎ This is a full-time position with a negotiable gross salary, depending on your experience.
