Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Cost & Management Accounting
∎ Bachelor/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance or related field/s
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, Financial Reporting, Fluency in English and Bengali, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Applications, Presentation and Reporting, Tally Software
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Analytical and problem solving skills, Experience in Tally ERP 9 software, Finance/ Accounts, Financial analysis and reporting, Microsoft Excel, Sound Knowledge on Microsoft Office Package
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, reconcile and analyze monthly Management Accounts
∎ Responsible for posting and tracking daily expenses
∎ Overall fixed asset management
∎ Ensure compliance of vat and taxes
∎ Prepare budget and cash flow statements periodically
∎ Required periodic reports may include but are not limited to: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows statements.
∎ Manage bank dealings and perform monthly bank reconciliations
∎ Maintain records of rent and sales processes for commercial properties
∎ Monitor financial KPIs of the organization
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or related field/s
∎ Experience in using Tally ERP Software
∎ Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Intermediate MS Excel skills (VLooksUps, Pivot Tables, etc.)
∎ Prior experience in financial services or real estate is a plus but not a requirement
Salary: Negotiable
