Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate / Masters / Bachelors -preferable in Textile

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle day-to day Merchandising operation to execute orders.
∎ Coordinate to prepare development samples and costing sheets.
∎ Understand and follow-up customer procedures with the factory to fulfill buyer requirement.
∎ Communicate with suppliers to finalize raw materials, to confirm order booking and delivery,
∎ Responsible for the coordination of daily operation activities like raw material and trims in house date, pre-production samples follow-up, new samples development, final costing, and production tracking.
∎ Coordinate order placement process,
∎ Frequent interact with the internal department to ensure quality, production, and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Update critical status to Buyers as well as concerned Management on regular basis.
∎ Need to take leadership and ownership of order handling from the time of order confirmation to until shipment.
∎ Monitor the production flow on regular basis to endure proper executions align with the production planning.
∎ Prepare cost sheet for each order/product, to review production tech-pack as per requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-10 year (s) in buying house
∎ The application must have experience in Textile/garment industrial, in-dept product knowledge both Circular knits and Woven products.
∎ Excellent English communication skills, including speaking, writing, and listening.
∎ Excellent computer skills, Microsoft office [ excel, work, power point] data entry, workplace chat [Microsoft-teams etc.] and spreadsheets.
∎ Professional appearance, and good interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work in a team
