∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Having an MBA degree will add value
∎ Background may be relaxed for people with strong experience

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments, Buying House

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have a clear view of the daily operations and workload within the team and insure workflow routines are followed. Provide training and support to team member(s) as and when needed to overcome any challenges
∎ Ensure that seasonal capacity planning and capacity development is aligned with long term action plans
∎ Manage all the required deliverable and share with Concerned/Buyer including Development, Counter Sample, Size set, PP, Seal Sample, Fabrics, and Trim, etc. Experienced to understand tech pack / technical sheets & customer requirements. Work closely with production / Quality / Packing department and follow up figures on a daily basis to meet final shipment on time
∎ Deal with non-supplied, damaged goods, under and over orders & review inventories, quality and order as required
∎ Set and coordinate Team’s goal and ensure they are aligned with the supply chain goals
∎ Check purchase orders, internal order & costing sheets
∎ Must be able to handle all sorts of communication with all the stakes individually
∎ Strive for constant improvement regarding price, quality and lead time
∎ Follow up with commercial team on correct shipping documents, shipment advice & payment
∎ Source Fabrics & Accessories locally & from abroad. Also must have good knowledge about all kind of fabrics & accessories
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority
∎ Maintain all kinds of reports as required and share them with the management on a regular basis
∎ Should be transparent, ethical and always act on behalf of company in the daily work routines and in Business relations
∎ Be a good role model and work on building good working environment
