To accelerate brand visibility and customer acquisition, NidusLab is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist who can craft and execute strategic marketing initiatives while driving measurable business growth.

 

Position Overview

The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for leading NidusLab & its products' branding, positioning, and customer acquisition efforts across digital and offline channels. This individual will design and implement marketing strategies, manage cross-functional campaigns, and build strong partnerships to expand market presence. The ideal candidate is a results-driven marketer with experience in B2B SaaS and tech marketing, digital growth campaigns, and enterprise client acquisition.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth, meet sales targets, and achieve customer acquisition goals.

  • Design go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature rollouts.

  • Identify growth opportunities in government tenders, partnerships, and enterprise markets.

 

Campaign Management

  • Lead marketing campaigns across advertising, email, content marketing, events, and social media.

  • Manage storytelling and positioning for the NidusLab ecosystem brand across multiple channels.

  • Coordinate with product, engineering, sales, and support teams to ensure a unified messaging approach.

 

Digital Growth & Technology

  • Oversee marketing technology integration (CRM, automation, analytics platforms).

  • Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights and performance metrics.

  • Build and manage lead-generation pipelines to convert prospects into customers.

 

Business Development

  • Drive lead generation, qualification, and deal closures in collaboration with teams.

  • Identify and build strategic partnerships with industry players, vendors, and government institutions.

  • Participate in tender processes for government contracts and enterprise opportunities.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS & tech services.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaign automation, CRM tools, and analytics.

  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, customer acquisition, partnership, and sales enablement.

  • Excellent skills in strategic planning, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Familiarity with government tender participation is a plus.
