Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing & Sales Executive who already possesses a strong client base and proven sales track record. This role is not for entry-level candidates — we need a professional who can immediately bring in business, build relationships, and drive revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring in new clients (individual + corporate) using your existing network

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients

  • Actively generate leads and convert them into long-term customers

  • Promote Autobahn Solutions’ services, packages, and corporate offerings

  • Identify and secure corporate partnerships (banks, companies, fleets, etc.)

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

  • Work closely with service advisors and operations team to ensure client satisfaction

  • Build and execute strategic marketing campaigns (online & offline)

  • Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and client presentations


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales/marketing (automotive industry preferred)

  • Must have an existing client base or strong network relevant to automotive or corporate sectors

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and performance-focused mindset

  • Ability to work independently and bring immediate results

  • Professional appearance and strong business etiquette


Preferred Background:

  • Experience in automotive workshops, dealerships, or fleet services

  • Existing relationships with corporate clients, car owners, or automotive networks

  • Understanding of vehicle service requirements and customer behavior
