Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing & Sales Executive who already possesses a strong client base and proven sales track record. This role is not for entry-level candidates — we need a professional who can immediately bring in business, build relationships, and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Bring in new clients (individual + corporate) using your existing network
Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients
Actively generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
Promote Autobahn Solutions’ services, packages, and corporate offerings
Identify and secure corporate partnerships (banks, companies, fleets, etc.)
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Work closely with service advisors and operations team to ensure client satisfaction
Build and execute strategic marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and client presentations
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales/marketing (automotive industry preferred)
Must have an existing client base or strong network relevant to automotive or corporate sectors
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
Self-driven, target-oriented, and performance-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and bring immediate results
Professional appearance and strong business etiquette
Preferred Background:
Experience in automotive workshops, dealerships, or fleet services
Existing relationships with corporate clients, car owners, or automotive networks
Understanding of vehicle service requirements and customer behavior
