Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE/SWE
• Master of Science (MSc)

• At least 5 years

• Proven experience deploying Machine Learning models in production environments.

• Hands-on experience as a Database Administrator (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL).

• Demonstrated expertise in application security implementation.

• Prior experience in a senior or team leadership role is highly preferred

• Strong Knowledge of system design concepts, including scalability, performance and architecture .

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python development, Machine Learning, Database Administration, and Application Security. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end software solutions across both front-end and back-end layers, while ensuring performance, scalability, and security. The successful candidate will lead the full software development lifecycle, manage 15–20 live applications, and mentor a team of junior developers to deliver robust, data-driven systems.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python frameworks (Django, Fast API, Flask); provide support for existing Laravel and .NET applications.

• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.

• Develop and deploy end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines, including predictive models, NLP solutions, anomaly detection, and data processing workflows.

• Administer and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, performance tuning, indexing, backup strategies, and ETL processes.

• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, views, triggers, and window functions for high-performance applications.

• Perform database performance tuning, including query profiling, execution plan analysis, and index optimization.

• Ensure robust application security by implementing OWASP standards, secure authentication (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC), encryption, and integrating SAST/DAST within CI/CD pipelines.

• Deploy and manage applications on Linux-based environments (on-premises/private cloud), including configuration of Nginx, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and evaluate their applicability to business use cases.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise junior developers and interns; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders

• Design system architecture and implement scalable solutions for new features and services.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems to improve performance and reliability.

• Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.
