Educational Requirements:
∎ MBM/Master's in Business, Economics, Statistics or relevant subjects from leading business school/University with no Third Division in academic records.
∎ Candidates having FRM, CFA or CERM will be given preference.

∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting and analyzing data for identifying risks and making appropriate recommendations for risk mitigation.
∎ Ensuring timely submission of risk management reports, making minutes, compliance report and other reports to BB.
∎ Monitoring Loan portfolio to ensure good quality asset growth.
∎ Monitoring loan portfolio to ensure good quality asset growth.
∎ Monitoring credit concentration and ensuring compliance of internal limit.
∎ Supervision of Stress Testing and Duration Gap Analysis.
∎ Assuring submission of Money Market limit Risk Reports and FEX limit Risk Reports are done on time.
∎ Monitoring Nostro A/C Reconciliation of the Bank and providing Certificates and submitting to Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Ensuring Capital Management functions of the Bank are in line with Basel III Guidelines.
∎ Highlight the risky areas/portfolio of the Bank and take initiatives for corrective measures to mitigate the risks.
∎ Communicating and building rapport with concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 (Eight) year(s) working experience in leading commercial Bank and at least 4 (Four) years in the field of Risk Management and 4 (Four) years in the field of Credit Risk Management.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office.
