∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
FMCG Sales & Marketing, Retail Management, Retail Operation, Retail Stores/ Shops, Sales and Marketing in Retail or relevant sector.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Retail Store, Grocery shop, Group of Companies, Super store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Preparation & obtaining approval of Retail Chain Sales Plan and driving and achieving set sales target by monthly outlet wise.
∎ 2. Preparation of new outlet launching plan with efficient target setting up & operating cost.
∎ 3. Training Front-end staff on in-store Inventory Management, Product Planogram, Category Management and Product Merchandising.
∎ 4. Training Back-end staff on Product/Goods receiving process, Goods storing Process, Goods Issue/Return, Wastage Management, Inventory Verification and Inventory management.
∎ 5. Training Staff on Food Safety Standards and maintain Quality Compliances at all times.
∎ 6. Training on Store Hygiene, Staff Personal Grooming and Customer Service.
∎ 7. Supervising & obtaining all up-to-date Retail Store Govt. Statutory Document
∎ 8. Design and implement sales strategies and campaigns to ensure monthly target achievement.
∎ 9. Collect direct customer feedback, customer satisfaction data, identify improvement areas and modify strategies accordingly
∎ 10. Drive customer loyalty programs and ensure customer retention
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ Negotiable
∎ An attractive remuneration package will offered if the candidate have similar industry working experience.
