Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to execute and monitor the research and development policies for company
∎ Assist to execute, monitor, analyze and continuously improve each and every stage of research and development process
∎ Assist to create fabric boards, fabric reports, data entry and maintain spreadsheets with fabric information
∎ Assist to inform designers and merchants regarding research and development updates
∎ Assist to ensure that all advance development and new innovations are captured and available for design
∎ Assist fabric team to keep track of all incoming submits of fabric trials from suppliers and clients
∎ Assist to create and maintain mill cards/item codes from the information received at meetings
∎ Request color standards
∎ Assist to implement research and development of control policies
∎ Assist to effectively lead research team to meet their objectives
∎ Assist to effectively maintain the organization's relationships with relevant external research bodies
∎ Assist to contribute to the development and improvement of the research skills and knowledge for employees.
∎ Maintain office decorum
